My client has exciting vacancies for Home Managers positions in Croydon. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can provide professional management of care service in order to ensure the staff team are able to deliver quality care to service users. These positions are managing homes accommodating for adults with learning disabilities.
Candidates must have experience in Autism and working with people with learning disability.
Minimum of 2 years experience required in a management or supervisory role.
Enthusiastic and committed applicants are required to be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality services that meet the requirements of the Care Standards Act Responsibilities:
To recruit staff in sufficient numbers of the right calibre to meet clients needs and as specified by Registration Department
* To ensure care packages cover all aspects of the specifications from the user/provider
* To develop and maintain a stimulated and caring environment for individual clients
* To promote staff skills to the requirements of the clients
*To monitor the physical standards and upkeep of clients property, furnishings, and fittings in keeping with Registration and Environmental requirements
* To ensure non-committal for capital expenditure in relation to the office buildings, equipment or repairs without express agreement of a Director
* To maintain revenue/staff costs as directed by the Senior Management In return our client are offering:
