CRB
Checks
In
accordance to the legislation laid down by the
Care Standards Act 2000 and National Minimum Standards
of Nursing agencies, Simmans Medical ensures that
all our agency workers comply with regulations,
standards of quality and best practice.
A
pre-interview checklist is forwarded to candidates
highlighting a list of the documents required
as part of our registration process. After interview
the documents provided are then checked, verified
and further processed for a CRB Enhanced level
Check. We provide and facilitate an online application
service which means no paperwork and instant process
of the CRB.
Refresher
Courses / Inductions
With
furtherance to up to date standards of the required
mandatory subjects, we offer refresher courses,
with a complete assessment package. The certificates
issued are valid for a year.
As a standard
practice we provide and ensure all our agency
workers undertake full inductions, keeping in
line with regulatory standards and certify that
they are being met
